The folks at Magnolia were incredibly friendly and very organized, which made for a smooth closing for the purchase of our home. They were also taking tons of covid-related precautions at their office, so it felt safe to be there.

Magnolia was referred to us by a friend. They were available and responsive throughout the entire COVID19 quarantine. The in person experience was wonderful, they were respectful of our health and safety which was imperative, as we have a baby on the way.

I’ve never written a google review before, but, having worked with Magnolia Title recently to close two loans, I wanted to take the time to recommend their services as highly as possible. They were not only fast, responsive and knowledgeable, but they went above and beyond to provide guidance, insight, communication and clarity throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your hard work, level of service, patience, and attention to detail! I just wanted to go back and add to my original review just to say that I've continued to work with Magnolia over the past year, since my original review, and they continue to deliver service like I've never experienced. Emily has been a rockstar closer to work with - she is a great communicator, very responsive, experienced, competent, detail-oriented and keeps a million plates spinning with ease. The Magnolia Team was fantastic to work with - even through the Covid-19 crisis, they were able to help me with the purchase of a new home in Nashville. Every correspondence was handled professionally and courteously - I felt extremely comfortable knowing I was in the hands of this team. Closing, albeit in face masks, was super quick and efficient as well. What a great team to work with!
