The staff is always friendly. Makayla is always smiling and kind. The explanation of all documents in a simple manner is so helpful. The attorneys really know their stuff, has been helpful in some tough situations. I’ve worked with other title companies before and wouldn’t consider working with anyone else.

I just recently had a closing at Magnolia Title and Escrow. As a real real estate professional, communication is so important and Sarah, Alli and the team at Magnolia went out of their way to assist our clients. It was a very smooth process. Would recommend!

I closed on 9/24/24 @ 10:30am- the funds still have NOT been sent to my account as of 9/25/24 @ 12:07pm. I had to cancel movers yesterday. I had movers waiting today charging me by the hour. I have taken time off from work to move. This is very inconsiderate, unprofessional and unacceptable. I was NOT able to complete the close on my new home because funds from the sell of my current home is delayed by Magnolia Title. Happiness turned to frustration 🙃 😬
