Attorney Hairston took care of my motion to amend and won for me. However, his assistant makes huge mistakes with documentation. He was not good calling. He would say he was going to call and then never would. My documents with my child's personal information went missing after I had paid for said documents and he never took the time find out what was going. His assistant called me and told me that i would not receive a refund and that it was not her problem that they went missing. Roland would be a good attorney if he had a better assistant and not one that is going to make mistakes that will eventually result in him losing his license.

Attorney Hairston represented me in a child support case. He listened to everything I explained to him about the issue and then made a very knowledgeable set of routes we could take. He allowed me to choose whichever route I wanted and gave me scenarios for each. While this has been an ongoing case he has stayed in contact about new finding and if he wasn’t able to get back with me himself, he did have his assistant reach out to me to update me. He did a great job communicating with the other party in order to get what was needed for the case even though the other party was not cooperative. He is a great attorney and I would advise anyone dealing with this type of case to hire him.
