Westley Clark is a beast at trial.. during my civil case I had seen 4 attorneys in action.. all of the other attorneys are complete amateurs compared to Westley Clark..My opponents attorney was so rude and snotty, it was like she was trying to be a TV lawyer, like it was some sort of game.. Westley actually cared about my case, and the outcome, because of what was at stake.. I believe that he would rather represent someone he believes in, because he's not afraid to be passionate about a case, to me and to the judge.. because I'm convinced he's not a scumbag, aka a typical attorney, I feel like he would have an easier time backing something he actually believes in.. That's all speculation on my part, but seeing him in action and working with him, it just feels like he's giving 110% because he believed me winning was the actual right thing to do.. Having someone like that on your side, who is also not rude and petty, feels like you can't lose.. it's much more powerful than having an attorney who's just really snotty or a good liar..

Highly recommend Mr. Clark. He is caring, considerate, sets honest and fair expectations, and is a big fan of justice. He genuinely cares about people, their rights within the law, as well as just a person.
