Our consultation was scheduled at 3, we arrived 15 minutes early in case any forms needed to be filled out. The waiting room was slightly full of people. I ended up talking with a lady who was there before me, who also had an appointment at the same time as me. We both waited until 3:30, she was told that she would be seen. I informed her staff that my appointment was at 3 and someone else also had an appointment at 3. The secretary smirked and said that someone would see me. I asked her to please cancel my appointment and that they should not schedule appointments at the same time, especially if people are paying consultation fees. I don’t know about the attorney’s professionalism per sé, but I do know that the staff is definitely unprofessional and helped me make a decision on not choosing this office for an attorney.

Diana is an excellent immigration attorney who is very attentive and helped me through my entire immigration process & journey with minimum hassle. She is a dreamer and believer.Diana was also very reasonably priced compared to other immigration attorneys and while price isn't everything, She does her job from her heart.
