David was great to work with and kept me informed through the process either by email or telephone. He provided his personal contact info for any questions I had and almost always answered or returned my calls promptly. David always came across as caring and compassionate for what we were going through and facilitated the process to ease our stress. David was very knowledgeable and explained everything in Layman’s terms. I would highly recommend his office for Commercial Trucking insurance claims.

With having dealt with shady lawyers in the past, I'm always very skeptical of who i am entrusting with my case in whatever it may be. David Anthony Smith was beyond what you can ask for in an attorney. Constant reminders, updates, and information being provided daily. He repeated and elaborated on everything so often i became comfortable not asking questions. I'd recommend this lawfirm before I'd recommend Johnnie Cochran.

Poor service with lack of interest in my personal injury at hospital.
