I recently had the pleasure of working with Ponce Law on my auto accident case following a T-bone wreck in Clarksville. From start to finish, I was impressed with how well the firm communicated with me throughout the process. My case involved muscle and soft tissue injuries that took a while to heal, but Hannah, my attorney, handled everything with professionalism and care. I experienced absolutely no issues with Ponce Law and felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Ponce Law to family and friends for their exceptional service and dedication.

I was rear-ended last year and wasn’t sure how to proceed, so I did everything from simply searching Nashville personal injury to asking my friends and coworkers if they knew the next best steps after car wrecks. Thankfully, I was connected with Ponce Law and had a great experience with Brian Dunnigan and his paralegal Cheyenne. Most of my communication throughout was with Cheyenne, with mainly the starting and ending conversations being led by Brian. The experience was very professional and relieved me of a lot of worry and stress with medical, financial, and general concerns about what I needed to do to make it right. I have been a customer with Ponce Law since May 1, 2023. Today is my final day and I am very happy with the services I have received. Me a my 2 daughters were in a car wreck and taken to the ER with burns and severe trauma. I had several calls from attorneys one being Morgan and Morgan. I hired them and was really let down. From the first day the paralegal was rude and condescending. I spoke to the attorney and he was okay but told me that they would not help with the property damage of my daughter’s cell phone. I called and spoke to Ponce Law. Cheyenne spoke to me and she was a good send. She got on top of all of my concerns and showed compassion and real concern for me and my girls. Cheyenne helped me and my girls along the way the past year and half and she has been helping me daily. Whenever I need her or I’m not understanding something she takes the time out to break it down to me. When I was stressed out and concerned and unsure Cheyenne was there letting e know where we were in the process. My attorney Brian was just as amazing he didn’t not accept what the judge said about my girls settlements. Brian went to court and advocated for me and my girls on our behalf. Brian stayed in touch with me and took the time to accommodate my work schedule. I was able to talk to him late in the evenings after work . He took the town to call and speak to my mom when she was concerned as well as the person we bought a new car from. Brian went above and beyond for our case. Cheyenne went above and beyond even talking to me when she was off when I was having a bad day. Thank you both and the whole Ponce Family

I had the opportunity to work with Ponce Law after a serious incident where I was a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of McDonald's. The situation was incredibly challenging from the outset. The Police Officers at the scene treated it as a mere incident rather than a priority, which made the situation even more difficult to navigate. Despite these hurdles, Ponce Law, and the team demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise. Their team went above and beyond to locate the individuals responsible for the incident. Although we faced the unfortunate reality that there was no insurance coverage on their side, we pursued another route to recovery. The litigation process was lengthy and demanding, but the commitment never stopped. Overall I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the representation I received. We would recommend Ponce Law to our friends and family.

From being unhappy and in pain, I started talking to Hannah one of their Attorneys and the more we talked, the more confident that I felt moving forward with this process. Hannah was a great advocate for me, she was encouraging when I felt lost and like giving up in the process, she is someone that truly cares for her clients and will fight for you. Savannah, my assigned paralegal was great at keeping me informed and was also of encouragement, always staying professional through the process. God forbid any of my family or friends are ever in the situation I was in, but if a situation arises, I would definitely direct them to Ponce Law. I hope Hannah and Savannah know that I appreciate them immensely! I missed Hannah this last time I came into the office, but I hope she is having the best time on her time off, she deserves it!

If you have had an accident and are looking for representation than look no further! Ponce law is above and beyond top notch. I contacted them after being hit in my work truck by someone fleeing from the police. Right off the bat they were on it, asking all the right questions and being very thorough to figure out what kind of case this could be.
