A very knowledgeable and throrough approach to estate planning. We were guided through the entire process and Shelly and David answered the plethora of questions and gave endless explanations as we learned the entire process and Tennessee laws. I would recommend David Heller and Shelley Mason to anyone starting their wills and trusts estate planning.

I was referred to Matt Potempa when I needed assistance in understanding how probate works and if this was needed, as well as several other related questions. He provided me with a free consultation (including follow up when I had more questions), and was phenomenal at educating me on what I needed to know. He has been so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, which has decreased my stress as I navigate this. I hope I do not need his services in the future but if I do, I feel so much better knowing that I will have an exceptional attorney.
