FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY!! We hired Todd Tressler for a land / Easement dispute. 2 yrs later we have not had a day in court and are out nearly 15k and He quit on us! After the third retainer, I had asked Todd what the cost would be to get us to trial as he promised. He said it would be the last retainer for our day in court. That said a week prior to the trial date, They said they were going to continue, we told him we'd rather not. When I asked him why witnesses weren't even prepped, discovery was never requested he got frustrated. I asked him where our 15k had gone if nothing was done he motioned to withdraw from our case and claimed I wanted to represent my self. I have all of this in writing. Long story short. Todd is a real estate attorney that either never had any intention on Trying our case, or he is incompetent and being beat by a Bankruptcy lawyer in a real estate matter. Either way I'd find another attorney!
