If you are looking for a firm that actually listens to you and cares about your needs, this is the place you want to be. I have had dealing with several firms in this city, over time, that have stressed me more than the accident itself. They explain each step they take. My outcome was MORE than I ever expected. Julie was a great attorney and was very attentive to my questions whenever I called her. I won and received my back pay and she received $6,000. A month later I received a letter of overpayment from social security and hired her again. Than it was down hill from there. She wouldn't reply to my emails or phone calls than 11 months later i receive a bill from her. In a nutshell Julie is great until she gets her big payment than after that you can forget it. I ended up going to the social security office to get my questions answered.

I was very hesitant at first and didn't know what to expect. Every option Sutherland and Belk gave me, Taylor always gave me enough time to think about the decision I made.
