Pros
1
Excellent communication and responsiveness from the lawyers and staff
“Aaron always answered my calls and I definitely recommend for any injury cases. He helped me with a bad dog bite accident. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.”
2
Strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving the best possible outcomes
“Aaron was nothing short of a miracle for me! I could not be happier with how things turned out. He could have very easily dismissed me due to time constraints but he did not and I'm beyond grateful for that.”
3
Personalized and compassionate approach to client representation
“Mr. Woodard is great!! Very professional and cares for you the entire time. You're not just a client after a while it starts to feel like family.”
4
Highly knowledgeable and experienced attorneys
“The attorney was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything in simple detail. If I had a question I had a reply pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this attorney.”
5
Transparent and clear communication throughout the legal process
“After many phone calls attempting to learn about other success stories from people dealing with my type of case, Most attorneys would force me into a payment consult or rush me of the phone. Todd and the team at Tressler Associates were transparent enough to give me examples of potential outcomes of people in my situation and because they they took the time to hear me and teach me, I hired them with confidence and will strongly recommend them.”
Cons
1
Instances of poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from some staff
“The lady who picked up the phone (Catherine) was very rude. This lady started asking question off the bat... hourly rate, accident date, part injured, ER..... she didn't even let me tell her what had happened.”
2
Concerns about billing practices and transparency around costs
“After the third retainer, I had asked Todd what the cost would be to get us to trial as he promised. He said it would be the last retainer for our day in court. That said a week prior to the trial date, They said they were going to continue, we told him we'd rather not. When I asked him why witnesses weren't even prepped, discovery was never requested he got frustrated. I asked him where our 15k had gone if nothing was done he motioned to withdraw from our case and claimed I wanted to represent my self.”
