I cannot begin to describe the amount of emotions that you go through when a loved one is facing criminal charges. Joey and Sarah hit the ground running with our case and from the very first meeting made us feel like we had a fighting chance. They treat you like family, answer all of your questions promptly, are very knowledgeable and have the patience of Job. Sarah is amazing at what she does and we couldn't have asked for better. Had one of the best experience with this firm , I was at a place where I couldn’t afford to have any criminal record because of a custody battle and Nick was amazing , he explained the whole process, would text him to ask any questions (God knows how many I had, I was so desperate), and he will get back to me the same day, and in a matter of few months He got everything expunged.. I was referred to Freeman and Fuson through a family friend after I was seriously injured after being hit by a truck while out running. I worked with both Joey and Mark once it was clear insurance was not willing to give me an appropriate amount considering the extent of my medical bills and injuries. Both were kind and patient while answering my many questions. Importantly, they were willing to fight for an appropriate settlement rather than take the first number offered as some other firms are known to do. I felt confident in taking their advice along the way as their experience and expertise is top notch. They were always available to help me understand the process. Sarah and Kynlie were absolutely phenomenal in helping me ensure I submitted the appropriate information and paperwork.
