Attorney Patrick Witherington, wasn't contacted until our statute of limitations was almost expired. We asked if this was a case worth pursuing at this point. He stated up front, that it wouldn't be an easy case due to the length of time and lack of early photo evidence but thought it was worth while to pursue. He told us what to expect, that this may be a slow process and that he would keep us informed. He did just that. With each new development, we were promptly notified, information gathered and the case moved forward. We never worried that our case was pushed to the side.
