If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold my Dad’s home through them. They completely messed up the numbers as far as the amount I was getting back at closing. They waited until the day AFTER I signed all the paperwork (basically sealing the deal) to tell me about an almost $30k mistake one of their processors made simply because she didn’t do her job well and didn’t bother to ask questions about something she later admitted she knew NOTHING about. She claims to take FULL responsibility for her mistake but to me that would mean that they would eat the total of the mistake SHE made, but of course all I got was a “sorry”. Terrible service. Would never recommend. I wouldn’t trust anything they tell you even if it’s in writing. If I could go back in time I would refuse to close unless another company was used. 0 out of 10. Definitely would NOT recommend.

They don't even deserve one star. Our family went for consultation for an updated will. They said they would have it drawer up and send draft to be looked over and then to bring my father back in to sign. Never received anything so started calling after 4 weeks then 8 weeks on to 16weeks with emails . Then the tragedy of my father passing away before they got it done. I would not count on these folks!!

My husband and I are using Premier Escrow to close on our first home. We happen to be out of state during our closing for Christmas and had to do a mail away closing. As a first time homebuyer (closing the week of Christmas... from across the country) it is already stressful enough and they have made it a stress free process for us. We have been working with Alexis since the beginning. Alexis is extremely professional and very responsive, even responding after business hours to help us out with some hiccups we ran into shipping our closing documents. I can not recommend Premier Escrow enough!

My wife and I sold a home last month and this was actually the second time I had used Premiere Escrow LLC for closing when selling a home. This company makes closing easy and does the heavy lifting behind the scenes, so all you have to do is provide them some basic information about yourself and the property you wish to sell. They do the rest, and they do it well. The person I worked most closely with was Michelle, who is a pleasure to deal with plus fast and responsive when you have a question. Things went so smoothly and without much involvement from me that I didn't really have very many questions, a great sign of professionals who know what they are doing in the real estate business. When closing day got here, closing attorney Kevin was already there and ready to take care of business and things went quickly and smoothly, and our copies of the documents were ready for us to take with us on closing day. Having used Premiere Escrow LLC twice now to sell homes and receiving great service both times, I can for sure say that they will be my go-to company if I ever want to sell another home. Just nothing but great folks here making home selling easy for their clients. Highly recommended.

This townhomes are so cute!! Fantastic build. The builder paid attention to every detail. Definitely a great home.
