A paralegal (S. M.) working w. Mr. Winfrey asked me to send her my numerous documents & recordings to review for an employment issue - she strung me along for 4 months before sending me a letter 4 days before my first meeting w. the EEOC & Defendant that they were not taking my case. This may constitute malpractice & is the worst responsive I have ever received. Reputable attorneys respond within 1-2 days or a week whether they will take a case. In the declination letter (copied Mr. Winfrey) the paralegal made a bold untrue statement: "after a thorough review of your case...." They did not conduct any, let alone a thorough review that they purported to have condcuted - I verified this because I sent my docs. via Dropbox which sends a notice when my files have been accessed. Shame on you for costing me nearly $100,000 in severance and leaving me in a lurch w. no time to search find a lawyer. I will seek the lost funds from Morgan & Morgan. This has caused great distress and financial hardship to me at a time when I cannot recover. I also left voicemails for Mr. Winfrey and he never returned any of them, also, poor practice. For the largest purported firm (M&M), do they not have other paralegals to respond.

Great work. Honestly, best lawyer I've ever run into. Ran into him socially and he took time to meet with me in his office and signed me up. Wrapped up the case quickly and cost effectively.

He spent 3 years in a hard fought case, and ultimately we prevailed and won big. I am so happy. Things got bleak for a while, because the Court process was so long. But he kept his head down and kept working.

Initially, Brian called back right away but after I sent him my information he then became difficult to get in touch with and did not return my call. If he didn't want to take my case, he should have called me back to tell me. I think that says a lot about the attorney.

Brian Winfrey is extremely knowledgable in employment law, and I had great results. I must admit, I was concerned because he looked young; however, his experience in this area is solid. He worked my case to exhaustion and was extremely responsive to my calls and concerns ... and I tend to be a bit demanding. Good work, Attorney Winfrey. By the way, the case settled for a larger amount than I could have ever hoped for. However, he is really no-nonsense and direct.

Mr. Winfrey was both knowledgeable and informative. He treats every case as if it's a million dollar case. He worked often on the weekends, and kept me abreast on everything regarding my case. Mr. Winfrey did not sugar coat anything, but gave me straight, honest answers. If you ever need a lawyer, I would most DEFINITELY recommend him.
