Bryan is a fantastic attorney, who I highly recommend.

What an anxious time in my life. I contacted Mr. Stephenson and he returned my call quickly after. I was surprised to hear that he had already familiarized himself with my case before calling to speak with me for the first time. He gave me his honest thoughts on the matter and agreed to be on my team. We met during lunch and got to know each other face to face (I could tell in the court room, some defendants were meeting their attorneys for the first time minutes before their trial). We established a great working relationship long before my first court appearance. He would lay out all the possible outcomes for me without sugar coating anything or pampering me. He would then explain his plan for each outcome. He is a very realistic and calculated lawyer. Even though I wanted to sometimes here "Oh this is a cut and dry case. We will get this taken care of easy." He never told me that...and in the long run I appreciate it. You know when he tells you something its fact and not to just make you feel better. He has been in the circuit long enough to know the DA's and how they operate. Everything he anticipated happening is what happens. Their initial plea didn't sound too bad but he advised me to turn it down. The second go-round they agreed to dismiss the case and get the whole matter expunged. Could not be more pleased with the entire encounter having this man on my side of the fence.

Bryan was honest and supportive from the beginning to the end of my case. I expected a far worse outcome than received all due to Bryan and his ability to disproof some of the evidence. If you are looking for a lawyer that will be upfront and do everything he can to decrease your sentence, hire Bryan Stephenson. Bryan went above and beyond for me and my wife. I was faced with a terrifying situation in Nashville, and I was pretty scared about the outcome. Bryan was able to get my case retired, and eventually expunged. There were no penalties or fines. I can't begin to explain how happy we both were with the results. This guy right here! Mr. Stephenson is probably the most intelligent man I've ever met, yet still very down to earth and able to thoroughly explain all legal matters/lawyer speak. During the course of my charges (16 months total), he continuously kept my anxiety at bay by keeping me well informed and involved in my case. He returned my emails and calls promptly and answered every single question I had with great detail. I was charged with a 3rd DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and implied consent - I ended up pleading guilty to a reckless endangerment charge and received 1 year of probation. That is unheard of in Williamson County, who is notoriously rough on DUI offenders. Mr. Stephenson is the only lawyer I will ever personally recommend from now on and I am forever grateful for his services and expertise. *Side note*: For what it's worth, he's also VERY easy on the eyes, ladies! In all honesty, it made my court appearances a bit less nerve-wracking and brighter!

Bryan was able to perform a miracle! I don't even know where to begin besides hiring him was the best decision I could've made. Bryan managed to get virtually everything of a possible 26year sentence dimissed and a final penalty to probation for a short term. I cannot state how thankful I am for his knowledge and skill with the law. If you are to hire one individual to represent you, Bryan Stephenson is the one you need on your side. 5 stars does not do what he did for me justice. Also for those considering hiring him, he does not leave you wondering what might happen. He is very open with communication, responds to emails quickly and calls you with updates whenever he gets them. He takes time to THOROUGHLY examine all of the evidence and tells you everything that it entails and what his professional opinion of it means. His intelligence left me in awe the first time he represented me in court and I left knowing he was the lawyer I needed on my side! Great man and great lawyer. Thank you again Bryan

Bryan is a real pro! He is an attorney with the highest integrity; someone who knows the law and your rights; and he will fight for you; and he truly cares for you and takes it seriously on whatever charge you may be faced with in you own individual situation. This was the first time my son got in trouble and it was a DUI charge and two other charges. We hired Mr. Bryan Stephenson as my son attorney. He was absolutely amazing!! He kept us informed throughout the case. He just made every thing so easy and less scary and trust me it's scary getting a DUI. My end result is everything was dismissed and getting expunge.
