Mr. Willard helped me in a CID investigation. He guided me seamlessly through a very scary process. The outcome in legal matters can be unpredictable, so he always briefed me on the various scenarios I could anticipate in my case. After every meeting I felt I left with a clear plan of action and less confusion. This was especially appreciated since I was deployed and didn't have the usual resources I would have had stateside.
