Pros
1
Excellent customer service and communication from the law firm
“They listened and got my case taken care of! Thanks guys”
2
Experienced and knowledgeable attorneys who get great results for clients
“Mr. Selvidge was a professional and experienced lawyer. 10/10 I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Great man!”
3
Efficient and streamlined process, often handled virtually
“I would recommend this Law Firm to everyone. From day one they were very courteous and helped answer any question you may have. The thing I like about them the most it was all done by virtual on the computer. We never had to leave the comfort of our home.”
4
Compassionate and understanding approach, especially for clients in difficult situations
“Susan was wonderful to work with. She, as well as her paralegal, went above and beyond to accurately and expeditiously handle our bankruptcy. Her pricing is more than fair, and we would absolutely hire her again for any future legal needs.”
5
Highly recommended by both clients and other legal professionals
“Adam was referred to me by another Nashville firm that did not want to take my case due to their current case load, he was highly recommended by them and they said he would contact me same day to discuss my case, which he did pronto and had a very nice conversation with him, very very awesome nice guy that knows his job and i very much look forward to working with him and his firm.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication issues, with clients not receiving timely updates or callbacks
“Probably the worst experience I have had to date with anyone providing services. I got to the point of signing a contract to procure Susan's services to take care of a pressing issue. After the contract was sign I truly believe the law firm and her paralegal, Lori Casteel, blinked out of existence because why else would I have to text, call and leave messages to PAY.”
2
Mistakes or mishandling of cases, leading to unfavorable outcomes for clients
“Allowing this firm to handle my Chapter ”
3
Difficulty in reaching or getting responses from attorneys, especially when issues arise
“No matter how many times you call or when you call .. You are always told you will be called back. My problem is they never call back or keep you informed of your case.. They just take your money and throw you to the wolves..”
4
Lack of transparency and communication around changes or updates to a client's case
“My case had an issue, but it wasn't brought to my attention until I got a letter from from the court, by that time it was to late.”
5
Perceived attempts to take advantage of clients or provide unsatisfactory service
“They are so unprofessional and I believe try to take advantage of you, they sent me an email 2 weeks ago talking about me filing chapter 7…. I'm just a year out from being done, WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!?!?”
