Fast and convenient, most of all free!

I needed help over the phone and Valerie went above and beyond on customer service. She was able to quickly and easily answer all of my questions and allay all my concerns. ABSOLUTELY DYNAMITE!

What a beautiful, kind, soul Carla is. She is so helpful and knowledgeable with printing. She went out of her way to enlarge all my pictures (they were looking pretty shabby) and made my experience here very nice. Carla was quick, efficient, and added light and beautiful energy to my day. Thanks Carla! Will be back for more printing services!

I am in the UPS Store 3-4 Times a week, The Staff members are always helpful and friendly above and beyond normal expectarions. I highly recommend this store.

drove 20 mins extra to this store to get a mailbox and entered with 3 mins before they closed. Was told i would have to come back tomorrow because the process would take 10 mins (getting a mailbox) and they were closed... (even though the lights were on and the door was open) which would mean closing the store only 7 mins late...to get a new customer that would have payed you hundreds yearly for years to come. Not sure if UPS is all corporate locations or ran by individual owners, i just dont understand not keeping the store open for 7 extra minutes to gain a new acct with cash flow for years. This is not the employees fault as they were very nice but im guessing this is imposed by corporate. Ill be looking at other options because of that experience.

This store doesn't print out the return labels for free. I have been to other stores that print out the return label for free.

This store is the best !!! Always friendly. I am in there at least twice a week.

I was there, just to ask for information about shipping some packages, even without full details from my side, the staff was extremely friendly and collaborative and provide a solution to my request. I highly recommend this store.

Got it done

We shipped the package out of this store for Christmas. We specifically paid for two-day shipping so it would arrive well before Christmas. The package went back-and-forth between our location and the destination twice and sat at one stop for three days before it arrived after eight days....one day after Christmas. When we handed over our package to be shipped, the employee asked my wife what the contents of the package were. They should only ask if there are more any dangerous or hazardous contents and nothing more. The exact contents are otherwise none of their business. She naïvely answered their question in detail. When the package arrived at our family members’ home, not only was it late, but the package had been cut open on the bottom. The contents had been removed and replaced with another random item that was never in our possession. The bottom had been poorly retaped with another type of tape other than our original tape. The theft obviously occurred within the UPS system and most likely at this store judging by the questions asked and the local markings on the item the thief used to replaced our items. My family member met the delivery driver on his end and we handed the package to the UPS store on our end. It never sat on our steps or the recipient’s steps. It is obvious how this occurred, and where, with all the evidence we have gathered.
