Attention to the little things, responsive to phone calls and emails. They accomplished what we set out to accomplish and made it easy for me.

I was hoping that at the end of this process I would be able to give Hughes and Coleman a 5-star review but unfortunately, that is not the case. I was in an accident in October of 2021, and just received settlement in December of 2024. This was an extremely long and drawn out process. I originally was assigned an attorney that is no longer with the firm that did absolutely nothing right. He seemed to have all the right answers but never made any headway regarding my case. I was told that they were finally filing a suit around the 1 year mark to avoid missing the statute of limitations. I was thrilled that there was finally some motion being made, turns out that this attorney put the wrong defendant on the lawsuit. This was EXTREMELY frustrating as I trusted him with his experience and knowledge. I was then assigned a new attorney, Matt, who was left to pick up all the pieces the previous attorney left behind. Morgan, the paralegal on my case was always kind and communicative regarding where my case was at. The two of them together eventually were able to get me a settlement and put an end to my case. After 3 years, this was a great relief. I know that Matt and Morgan did the best with what they had, and really were left with a case that was an absolute disaster. While I wish that this process took less than 3 years, I’m grateful that it’s finally over!

I wish to express my gratitude for the professional team at Hughes & Coleman. I'd like to thank to the team, particularly Dan Necci and Francies Johnson, for their outstanding support during a challenging period in my life. The choice to engage a lawyer is often an unwelcome one; however, in my situation, it became essential. Following an accident with an uninsured driver, I endured significant physical pain, which was further complicated by the demands of my college studies and full-time employment. Upon reaching out to Hughes & Coleman, I experienced a sense of relief as they provided the crucial assistance I required. The stress stemming from my circumstances, including the need to defer my college education due to my injuries, was overwhelming. Dan played a vital role in alleviating my anxiety, especially given the vulnerability I felt knowing that the individual responsible for my accident lacked insurance. With their help, I was able to navigate my post-surgery recovery and ultimately return to my academic and professional pursuits. I wholeheartedly endorse Dan and his team for their support during difficult times when one may feel isolated in confronting the repercussions of another's negligence. They are among the most proficient professionals in the field, I highly recommend them.

I was in an accident with an 18 wheeler in July 2023. I was rear ended because I got a flat tire and was exiting the interstate. The driver was speeding and hit me as I was exiting the travel lanes. The police officer stated on the record that he was at fault. The trucking company provided their footage which showed he was speeding, as well. I had awful headaches and needed weekly injections to fight the migraines and I ended up going to specialists at the advisement of Hughes and Coleman. Any time I spoke with my attorney was because I initiated the conversation. After the statute of limitations ran out, I stopped hearing from my attorney. Finally, after months of trying, he tells me that the firm would not be pursuing the case even with the evidence they had. My case was not going to be a massive financial case for them and although they wouldn’t say that was why they wouldn’t pursue the case, I feel this was the case. If you aren’t in a near death accident, don’t go with them. They won’t put much work in if it’s too hard or if the payout isn’t going to break the bank. Now I’m stuck with the additional bills to doctors they wanted me to visit and a halfhearted apology from an attorney that rarely talked to me, but with whom I was required to sign a contract.
