I needed an attorney in Tennessee that could help me with an old legal issue in TN. I am from out of state and I searched online and comtacted his office. I got very lucky. I made the right pick. Mr Raybins assistant took my information and Mr Rabin did the research and called me back. He was very knowledgeable and he clearly explaining my options and really made me feel at ease. I hired him and he did the rest. He kept me updated on the progress and was always very quick to reply to my emails. He filed to have my record expunged and once it was completed sent me paperwork with instructions. I am from out of state. I wish he practiced in my state!

There for any and everything I needed. Highly recommend! Hope I don’t have to, but I would use him again if need be!

Ben helped me through a difficult time. He's a knowledgeable and conservative attorney. I would recommend him to a friend. My experience with him is that he will always get back to you and will entertain your ideas and questions. Many attorneys take your retainer and never call you back. He's much better than that - you'll get good communication. I believe Ben paints a conversation picture to his clients of what might happen because you can never be sure how the courts will react to a charge. But, he will fight for you and get you the best deal possible. He comes from a long line of attorneys, so he also has a great network.
