When I decided to end my marriage, I found myself in a bitter, contentious divorce. My case became increasingly difficult and complicated. Martin and his team worked tirelessly, often outside of business hours guiding me through the process. Martin has decades of experience in family law and was absolutely masterful at applying the law to the facts and circumstances of my case. Each person on Martin’s team took the time and got to know me on a personal level. I felt that they genuinely cared about me and the outcome of my case. They were always there for me, returning my calls immediately and providing an excellent level of communication. I am so grateful to Martin and his team! They far exceeded my expectations! I retained Martin Sir & Associates in 2019/2020 to structure and settle a divorce case. It was an excellent experience working with Martin to jointly develop a strategy that I was comfortable with. Once we developed the strategy, Martin's legal team headed by Christy Trammell worked with me to complete all of the steps and documentation necessary to meet our goals. Martin and the team were very methodical and patient throughout the process. I had originally anticipated the divorce experience to be frustrating and unpleasant... with Martin Sir and his team it was quite the opposite and both sides in the divorce felt that they had been treated fairly and transparently. Martin Sir & Associates were the perfect ally to have in my corner during my divorce. Divorce is an incredibly difficult process, and I always felt like I mattered. My attorneys were always available, ready and willing to help. You can not go wrong with Martin Sir & Associates. Their understanding of the legal process is second to none. They are masters of negotiation, pushing when appropriate and pulling back when appropriate. I got an incredible deal with the help of the entire team. Brandes Holcomb was a smart negotiator that would listen to my story and assimilate it quickly, transforming it into legalese in a brilliant way. Christy Trammell is an incredible writer and story teller. You'll be sending a lot of letters back and forth between your counsel and your soon-to-be-ex's. There is no one out there better at telling your story through terse legal prose than Christy. She is a marvel to watch. Shalah Dare is a wonderful point of contact in the office as well. Divorce is extraordinarily expense, and making payments to Shalah was way less painful than it could have been. She's super sweet, attentive, and empathetic. I would highly recommend Martin Sir & Associates. My one piece of advice after hiring Martin Sir & Associates is to get involved in your case. Be your own advocate. They will do the rest!

Their Internet marketing is very good, and that’s about the only good thing in experience that I had. They not only charged me for lots of time that was never accounted for, they also made my case 100% worse. They advised me very poorly so bad was the advice that lawyers since I’ve consulted scratch their head asking how could somebody so experienced Make such poor decisions and give such poor advice. Some actually laughed a couple of times actually on various occasions. I would highly not recommend this lawyer and would be very cautious of them selling you the snake oil. Beware buyer beware! This is probably one of the most overpriced lawyers that gives you the least amount of work and benefit. Do not trust them!!
