They wouldn't accept my case because they couldn't win they claimed!

Unbelievably unprofessional, rude, assistant that answers calls loves to get immediately aggressive, her and legal assistant are you all condescending, like to make threats and intimidations and refuse to treat you like a human being. I have had nothing but a negative experiences and interactions. I was hung up on by the assistant, told to quit crying when upset over an unexpected charge was sent to collections. They are cold hearted and rude and offer absolutely no assistance or guidance in handling a situation, I couldn’t even get a statement sent to me, when I asked for one I was told it was ordered and hung up on. Got another call yesterday, explained my apartment flooded over the weekend in the KNOWN FLOODING of over 1,000 houses and that o was displaced and didn’t have access to the apartment yet. Secretary accused me of not having my card to which I said ma’am I don’t even have shoes and she hung up on me. Insensitive and inhumane care about one thing only $$$$$ in the wake of the pandemic last year and all everyone has gone through in Nashville alone, it’s sad that there are still businesses out there that treat people with such disregard and disrespect and so dehumanizing. Lots of reports here say they are a scam, and I wouldn’t be surprised one bit, this company does not care about anything but money and will pull the dirtiest moves and try to make you feel like a worthless animal, condescending, heartless, and should not be able to claim to practice “law” because that would require an oath to human dignity, truth, respect for the law which at their essence, they have a blatant disregard for your human rights.

Catherine White, Shannon Wiggins and their team are helpful, patient, loyal, professional and the most important thing honest. I have been advised to communicate with Hughes and Coleman after my car accident, and that was the best advice I got then. They took care of my case, answered my questions, provided needed information and were always available to help with any issues. I am pleasure to have business with this firm. Do not waste time and money by going anywhere else. Finally, I really appreciate their hard work.

Hughes and Coleman was the law firm to call for me! I was in an accident out of state and worked with Harlene Labrum to settle my claim. She was so easy to work with, professional, super personable, and kept me in the loop every step of the process. I had never been in an accident before and had no idea what the process was to recoup my losses but Harlene made the process absolutely painless and the case was settled to my satisfaction.
