Disappointed my case was outsourced to an outside law firm Harlene Labrum. I had a complaint about the professionalism of the outside law firm and then my case is dropped after waiting months because Harlen said “I don’t feel comfortable working with you after you complained” What? Unbelievable I really had high hopes for Hughes and Coleman 😔

Received phone calls stating I owed on a past due medical bill from Randy who was very rude and stated the $20 I offered to pay monthly would not suffice. She preceded to be rude stating they're not obligated to accept anything I offer nor are they obligated to send me documentation saying my offer wouldn't be accepted. She then told me she would see me in court where they would garnish my wages. Never have I ever dealt with anyone as unprofessional and irrational.

The staff has been amazing here. If I have any questions I can get hold of someone quickly. This has been my first time using a lawyer and will be using them again if needed. Sending over my information and having them calm me down when I freak out about something has been very reassuring. Cathy white and Shelly French have been wonderful help to me and I know I am in wonderful hands.

They are so professional and act very quickly to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I can call or email them at any time and always get a quick response.
