Incredibly kind and helpful staff. My attorney and legal assistant with Hughes and Coleman have been amazing, they’ve made every part of the process easier and always return my calls in time so there’s great communication. I have been working with Dawn (paralegal) and Jill is my attorney for over a year now on a workers comp case. I am sure some days I drive them crazy from me having to deal with the entire situation. However they have both been very helpful and always resolve my issues within a timely manor. I prefer emailing verses talking on the phone and get promt responses from both of them as well.

I’m not sure how this is happening but I have received several calls from people looking for this business and saying they have received phone calls from my personal cell phone number about debt collection with this agency. I’m unsure of what is going on but it’s very frustrating for myself getting these calls all hours of the day then to have to explain every time that the number is mine not this agency which I’m sure is also frustrating for the people trying to resolve the issues they are calling about! I wish I had some idea of what was happening and how!
