David worked hard on my case and tried to get it dismissed. However, it was reduced to a lower status with a fine. He communicated well and kept me up on court dates and what would happen next. He was easy to talk to and explained things well.

David was able to get all of my charges dismissed, 5 in total! He not only helped with the case but with my anxiety involving the case. David is absolutely superb and told me how to handle my case properly. He guided me through the steps I needed to do to make amends for my actions. I consulted several other lawyers on my case who either told me to not take responsibility for my actions or provided grave outcomes. David was the lawyer I trusted and I am so happy that I did. David is an incredible lawyer and I am grateful beyond words for his help!

On visiting Nashville for a special occasion, my son had a mishap that required a criminal defense attorney. Thankfully we hired David von Wiegandt, and after listening to my son and being attentive to his case, he went to work. David's diligent work led to my son's charges charges being dismissed!!! I would highly recommend his services if ever in need.

I had a drug charge that had mandatory minimum time. I was able to avoid original charge, and not have to serve time in jail, which would have cost me my job. My lawyer was timely to respond to any questions. He was kind and professional. I recommend him for any legal issues. and greatly appreciate services provided.

David seems to have a very large caseload as he is in court in mornings however he manages his time and the cases he has well. This was my first time ever being in trouble with the "law" and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or how to go about it. He was very patient with me and helped me with everything. The day of court he was very quick and efficient. He got 3 out of 4 of my charges dropped and tried his best to get them all dropped (or at least lowered). In a world and law system full of evil and dark David walks in the Light and it shows in his work.
