After speaking with Hughes Coleman office they discussed my situation and thought I would be better off with an attorney in NC instead of TN. They were very eager to help and I received a quick response from both offices!

I felt like I was kept in touch with what was going on and I was satisfied with the amount of time that it took to settle.
