I contacted him over a DUI, reckless driving and weapon possession while intoxicated. He was able to get it reduced to the reckless driving with no jail, minimum probation, fines, and community service. Most of all it gave me a chance to continue to care for my obligations. I have a Class A CDL and a great job that I got to keep. Couldn’t be more thankful and blessed!! Thank you once again for your care and expertise!

Mr. Overton is a great attorney. He will shoot you straight and let you the know the best & worst possible outcomes of your case. He has over 30 years of experience and is honest. I had a 3rd offense dui and he got it dropped down to a 2nd offense with 17 days to serve in jail with 28 days of rehab. He’s reasonably priced and won’t let you down. Call him!
