Today was an amazing day for me. I was dealing with cases for almost 3 years. I had originally hired an attorney that I didn't feel was fighting for me as he should have so I reached out to mr.bartlett and put my faith in him. He has moved mountains for me and today I walk out completely free without any of this hanging over me or affecting my life. I am absolutely ecstatic. Mr. Bartlett was the best possible lawyer I could have chosen for my case. He was able to get me the plea I wanted before I even stepped foot in the court room. He exceeded my expectations when the judge agreed to allow me to expunge the penalty off my record after 6 months! Rocky McElhaney law firm was the best!!! Patrick Kilgore and team not only got us a great settlement but was able to negotiate our medical costs down as well. He and his team got us through this ordeal even through Covid 19 pandemic and were professional timely and VERY RESPONSIVE to us for any questions we had. Mr Bartlett fought for my case relentlessly. A DUI is a tough thing for anyone to go through, but he was comforting, informative and knowledgeable. He got me the best deal possible and made many court appearances for me due to the rescheduling of court because of Covid. He's the only attorney I would recommend to anyone.
