Kurt is the man. From the very beginning he was great about answering phone calls and text messages. He lays everything out to you on what the game plan is and there is no confusion, unlike a lot of other lawyers. He actually wants to HELP you! Because of this man, I got my life back and then some. Sad that it took legal matters for me to figure out I was messing up but he helped pull me through it, and for that I am forever grateful. Rocky's team is amazing! We were in a small auto accident while on vacation that really messed up my 16 year old daughters back and she is a dancers that is not able to dance as she once had. I retained Rocky McElhaney Law Firm to represent me in an auto collision case where I was rear ended during rush hour in I-24. My attorney was Michael Fisher and I can say without reservation that I could not have had better representation. Michael and his executive assistant Gina were on the job and handled everything. All I had to do was get well from my injuries. It provided me tremendous peace of mind to have them in my corner and let me tell you they came out fighting. I was confident from the beginning that we would have a good outcome but they exceeded my expectations. Michael secured a settlement of the defendant’s maximum limit and was also able to convince my insurance company to provide recovery to me up to my limit as well. Rocky McElhaney Law Firm is amazing!! Rocky and his team handled my car wreck case. The other person was completely at fault, but tried to deny liability. Rocky fought their insurance company, and turned that around real quick. I got my car taken care of, my medical bills taken care of the settlement I deserved. Mr Bartlett is an amazing lawyer! I’ve never thought I would deal with having to hire a lawyer, but I am happy I’ve found Kurt! Being faced with a DUI, I was told by Mr. Bartlett upfront the pros and cons that I can possibly be faced with. This was my first time dealing with a issue like this so I was a nervous wreck! NEEDLESS TO SAY, on 9/11, Mr.Bartlett got the DUI dropped to a reckless endangerment which I can get expunged off my record! Overall great person and very professional!
