If you are ever in need of legal representation in the Nashville area, I would highly recommend Kurt Bartlett. I did my research in looking for a lawyer for a recent legal matter, and I spoke with quite a few exceptional lawyers in the area, but Kurt went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was at ease with my entire legal process. He was fair, honest, affordable, and very dependable. He even gave me his cell number to reach him at any time I had questions, and he responded anytime I needed him. He met with me to go over all my questions before I even agreed to hire him. He is dedicated to his practice and helping his clients and it shows. I have never had to deal with the legal system and not only was he detailed and knowledgeable with his process, but he made sure that I was doing ok throughout my inexperience in the matter. That is what made him stand out for me and why I decided to hire him. I cannot recommend him enough if you are in an unfortunate situation where you need to hire a lawyer. Pick Kurt, he will not disappoint. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me.

I was in rear-ended by someone on their phone while I was on vacation in Tennessee. The whole thing was just awful. I was out of my state and totally out of my element dealing with hospitals and doctors and the bills, my God- the bills! I was pretty apprehensive about handing over control to a someone to handle my case especially when I they’re hundreds of miles away, so I waited a while (probably longer than I should) to start calling attorneys. At first, I thought I might be able to handle it myself and settle out on my own with the adjuster but she wasn’t throwing out any reasonable numbers. Their initial offers didn’t even cover all of my bills from the accident. To make it worse, I wasn’t even done seeing the doctor then! It made me so mad! They were talking to me like the accident was my fault! I was nervous to let someone else take the reigns but I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. Finally, I called Rocky. His team was great from day one. I ended up dealing primarily with Justin and Patrick. I was worried that I’d have to check in with them a bunch but they kept me updated but that was not the case. I got to know my lawyers and paralegals. Gina and Daniel were wonderful. They prepared my case for the attorneys with more care then I would have for myself. It surprised me how well they documented all of my bills and injuries. Without giving away too much, I’ll just say they handled my case with kid gloves and I came away with more than I expected. My advice is don’t try to handle it on your own. Call Rocky’s firm: sooner than later. They know what they’re doing. It’s okay to give up a little control sometimes, lol.
