I have nothing but great things to say about Attorney Richard Hedgepath. He got my divorce in a few months when my previous lawyer couldn't get it done in a few years. One of the things I love most about him is that he is accessible. If he doesn't answer when you call or text he responds very soon after. I mean he gets right back to you. Mr.Hedgepath took my fiancé’s Divorce case against his estranged wife when other attorneys declined to provide services to him because he is incarcerated. I had to do all of the things necessary to get his case taken care of because of no internet and limited phone access on his part. Mr. Hedgepath didn’t flinch when I laid out the details of the case or when I told him that my fiancé was in prison. He simply said that it would make it a little harder and take a bit longer than a standard uncontested divorce usually requires but he happily took his case. He even took into consideration the financial situation my fiancé was in due to his incarceration and worked out payment in a way that was doable without leaving him completely broke, which I found very kind and helpful. To summarize, my fiancé was granted a divorce in about a 6 month time period, super fast in my opinion, and now we are planning our wedding! All thanks to an attorney who didn’t shy away from a client that came to him in an unusual set of circumstances. Mr.Hedgepath was always kind and professional and we cannot thank him enough for getting the case done so we can move forward with our lives. He was so helpful with finishing my divorce. I went and meet with him twice and then the final hearing and done that was all . I’m so glad that’s all we had to do .
