Awesome people and they know the law...

Law firm was terrible “Jack” at handling my grandfather’s estate during probate. The lawyer that handled our case did not know what was going on or what to do! My sister and I retained a lawyer in Knoxville who knew exactly what to do, and he took care of everything in less than a month! I am so upset that our time and money was wasted at McSween, oh and the stress the lawyer caused us too! He wasted our time for nearly a year!!!! We got exactly what we wanted and was due to us with the lawyer in Knoxville!!!! The judge we went in front of in Newport was so impressed with our lawyer, and a lady sitting in court came outside to get his business card because she wanted him to represent her.

They are slow working and you have to follow-up multiple times. They don't care about your time but their time is valuable.
