I do not feel Luke attends to clients needs in a timely manner, he is unreasonably delayed in communications. I would not recommend

Luke needs to be more responsive and communicative. During the estate settlement process, there are no updates or guidance, and months pass without communication or email responses. Extremely questionable practice.

Words cant describe how Good Luke is at his job. Not only professional and knowledgeable, but so easy to talk to.. Keep up the good work! So glad I have you on my team!

Luke recently helped us acquire another carpet cleaning company at the end of the year. He was very thorough with his initial questions to make sure this was a good situation for us. His communication during the entire process was very much appreciated and the signing of documents and explanation of paperwork was seamless. Thank you for making that experience so easy for us. We hired Luke to assist with guardianship for our special needs adult daughter and I have nothing but praise for him and his work. He was very professional yet easy to work with and immediately put us at ease. Knowing our personal circumstances, he worked with us and made accommodations for us. Much of the work was able to be done via email which was a life saver for us, not having to do repeated meetings which can be draining for our daughter. He walked us through ever step, explaining clearly, and always answered our questions promptly. We are very happy we hired Luke.
