I recently had the pleasure of working with JMFN for a closing of and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident. First and foremost, Melissa Bunch was incredibly helpful. Communication was another standout aspect. Highly responsive! The closing process itself was seamless and the staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable.

I used JMFN for the first time for a closing today. Melissa Bunch was the person who did the closing. She set up the time, got me the information I needed, had all the paperwork ready, explained what I needed to do and what was what and made it a very easy process. Great job!!!!!

We were very disappointed with our stay! We only had one night away from home and we were looking forward to it so much! The resort looked so nice online. We were looking forward to being able to swim in the indoor pool for the evening. It was absolutely freezing!! It was not heated but we were told that it was open. The heat in our room did not work! It was so cold! The fireplace in our room poured smoke out into the room. The wood was green and did not burn! We both know how to use a fireplace. There also was no breakfast after it being advertised! This place was a total waste of money and our time!!!! We will never go back!!!
