Lack of responsiveness and poor communication with clients
“Would have left a "0" but it's not an option… Mrs. Mostoller has been the worst lawyer I have ever seen… I was the healthcare POA for my god father and when I had questions about how to pay his bills or once he passed about what I needed to do she was useless, I called and was told by the receptionist she would send her a message to call me… she has NEVER called me. This has been going on for MONTHS.”
