She makes no decissions on your case without consultation with clients every step of the way. She's honest, strong and ready to do what is needed. She will fight but reasonable for the sake of her clients finances, wellbeing, and physical ability. I'd have Brandy on retainer if I could. She a great lawyer in Nashville. Ms. Davis did a GREAT job for us. She was able to sort out our situation with relative ease. From the beginning, she gave us an accurate time frame for when we would see results; she was proactive in her pursuit of the relative documents for our case as well. We had a seller who refused to pay his share of taxes on a house we purchased; Ms. Davis got him to pay his share quickly = very persuasive! I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED; she made sure I got every cent back (even absorbed the $18.77 cost incurred by the sellers' use of credit cards)! How many businesses would do that for you? Cannot sing her praises enough! If I need a real estate attorney in the future, I certainly will GIVE Ms. Davis A CALL!
