Erica was an amazing lawyer and helped so much on my case. I had to take a leap of faith since I live outside of the county and could not meet people in person, and it payed off completely! Not only did she handle my case well, but I was quoted 3,500 by another lawyer and she did it for a fraction of the price! Thank you again, Erica!

Very professional, very helpful with answering any questions and concerns I had. Responds right back and treats you with respect. She also broke down information I didn't entirely understand. I highly recommend her and will be using her for all my legal matters and questions in the future.

Had an eviction issue at a property we are purchasing. Worst experience we have ever had with a legal team. No communication what so ever. She was asked to file and didn’t for almost a month. We would contact her and no answer or call back for weeks at a time. When she would finally contact us it was to say we should just wait it out. We waited 2 months with the tenant leaving. One day he decided to come back and we called her to file. Then once she said she would file it she never did. Waited to weeks to get a text from her stating she won’t file it. Which means she never did in the first place. The person we were evicting went to her office and said he had moved when he hadn’t and she decided it’s unethical for her to file when he has moved even though he hadn’t. We asked if she had maybe asked him to sign a document stating he moved in light of the harassment we endured from him. She said no she has no care for you as a client. We have had countless sheriff visits she said she’s done all she can for us. When in fact she didn’t do anything. We will be hiring a different attorney to file the papers we need. If I could give less than one star I would.

I would highly recommend Ms Paschall for your legal needs. Very professional and helped explain the law to me in what I was needing done! Will use again if needed !

Erica is by far the best lawyer I've spoke to. She explains things in ways that you'll be able to understand. She fights hard for her clients, and she's wonderful at working with them financially. She's so kind and I loved working with her. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I know I'm coming back to her!

She was pleasant and people who work there helpful and pleasant. The people I had to see there...well, about as low as you can possibly get as a human, parent,mother. But that isn't the fault of the business.
