Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“No communication what so ever. She was asked to file and didn't for almost a month. We would contact her and no answer or call back for weeks at a time.”

Failure to properly file or complete required legal actions
“She never did in the first place. The person we were evicting went to her office and said he had moved when he hadn't and she decided it's unethical for her to file when he has moved even though he hadn't.”
