Good man!

My own personal experience with this attorney is not a good one. Im sure he used to have what it takes but age and poor life decisions cause and effect this mans integrity. I was told to take off 3 days of work to be at a hearing that was never scheduled. It's obvious he wasted my time on purpose. His client has been in jail for over18 months and not seen a judge yet! .won't lower the bond or schedule a source hearing. I've written to the board of responsibility but doubt anything will be done. Its like Upchurch is the prosecutor not the defense.

Very good attorney! If you're in trouble or have some kind of civil matter going on I would highly recommend Howard Upchurch. My case is probably going to be dismissed because of him and my family and I could not be any happier.

Best lawyer around he is caring and helps wife's with cheating husband he being a male still had women best interest and will help you get thought toughest time and his secatary took time talk me and when I broke down in office she talk to me when I pushing my church family away she handed me Kleenex and said I shouldn't turn away there blessing help me because they taking there blessing from them to do God's work and help though my time in need she sectary and Howard both had help me in more then legal way but with kind words and have sincerely big heart to help people in tough times and need I've recommend them to anybody and I cannot forget the lady God forgive me I don't remember her name and a good one who did the paperwork she helped me with her kind words and had a lot of patience and every time I called or Raymond called me rushing me or find out more about the divorce I'll call him up and they will be there they supported me

This guy was hired to represent my mother my aunt and uncle. My mom passed away so it her part was left to me and my two brothers and this law firm mailed us several letters giving us updates then when this land was sold we was told the money would be sent to us in Feb of this year. Well just received checks in August and mine was addressed to me had my name in the letter and on the envelope but they wrote the wrong name on the check. I contacted them and sent it back and I explained there mistake to the receptionist and they still didn't admit a mistake and still have not talked to the lawyer himself. They been given me the run around because of there mistake. All they had to do was correct it seeing how they had my name correct on the letter and the envelope but then wrote the check with a first name out of thin air but with the correct last name. Had to be done on purpose. When u write a check u look at the names listed when u write it. This first name they put on check was no where in our case at all. Had to be done on purpose. Getting sick of them giving me the run around instead of fixing there mistake. Do NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM.

This lawyer was amazing when my wife used him, I have a meeting on Monday with him hope the same outcome will come for me
