I am a Contractor for a very well know pick-up and delivery company. One of the delivery trucks was invovled in an accident where the other party was at fault. A police report was filed and the other party did not show proof of insurance but told the officer writing the report that she did. After a few weeks, it was determined that the other party did not have insurance. I spoke with the other party and was told that they would take care of the damages. I dealt with the person for months trying to be understanding but realized that they were not going to willingly take responsibility for the cost of the repairs. I contacted Rob and gave him all the information regarding the situation. He and his office kept me informed on what was happening with the case the whole time. Within 2 months I was reimbursed for the cost of the damages. I highly recommed Rob Laxson as an attorney. He was knowledgable about the law regarding the issue at hand.
