Duke handled a case of a tow company illegally towing and false storage charges. He was very professional when we went to court. The car was released with no towing or storage fees. I would highly recommend him.

I consulted with Mr. Barnes about a car accident I was involved in where the person at fault's insurance company was slow rolling me and giving me the runaround. He told me not to worry and let him handle the rest, and so I did. After hiring Duke the only decision I had to make was whether to accept the offer from the insurance company, or not. He handled all the hospital bills and everything else. A few weeks later, everything was settled up. It's nice to have someone take over and handle everything, because I was getting nowhere trying to deal with the insurance company, even when I was hit from behind and the other person was clearly at fault. It was like pulling teeth until I hired Duke. Like I said..... a couple weeks later, the amount we both agreed with showed up in the mail. Very professional with great communication.
