We purchased a condo and the Covenants clearly define what storage space is assigned to each condo. Unfortunately, another owner was in our storage space and wouldn't vacate. Mr. Mansfield was very professional and responsive and we were able to work this out and get sole access to our storage space.

I had bought a new boat and was having trouble with the dealership. Brian was honest, friendly, and helpful in discussing my dilemma with me. If I have any legal troubles in the future, I will definitely give him a call.
