Lia was 5 star every step of the way. I needed representation in Sevierville and live out of state. She was reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, pragmatic, and reasonable. I cannot say enough positive compliments about her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I used Lia as my probate attorney after the death of my mother. Being from another state, it was quite overwhelming for me to take care of everything. She provided a wealth of knowledge up front, got the estate closed quickly and her prices were very reasonable. My case may have been simpler than some since all family members were in agreement, but she did a great job with little effort on my part. I would have rated five starts except there were a couple of times she thought she’d sent me items that she had not yet sent, so I had to follow up to ask about it - but I still feel like the estate was closed in a short time. Email was the best way to communicate with her. Overall she was super helpful, answered most of my questions, and helped me get through the probate court process. I would definitely recommend her!

Lia was a life saver! She was able to see me within an hour of my call on a sudden issue regarding the contract for the sale of a piece of commercial property. I could not gotten through this without her assistance! I was thrilled, on the day of the closing, to be able to right to the bank with a check! Can’t thank her enough!
