We have used him multiple time, three to be exact. We have had great experience, well it normally is not a great time when you need an Attorney, but he has helped my husband and I in cases and also helped us with our Living Will.

Mr Stapleton and his staff helped me with several legal documents, as well as helped me receive 100% of the child support I was due that I had been trying to collect for 20+ years. Thank you Mr. Stapleton and Mrs. Billow for all your help!!

I cannot express my admiration for Pat Stapleton. I sustained an injury while on a vacation in Sevierville. Upon returning to my home (out of state) and seeing my Doctor, what I thought was minor injury ended up a being major injury which resulted in 5 surgeries and some permanent damage. Since I am out of state, I was not only in severe pain physically but I also felt helpless in finding an attorney. I called a handful of attorneys and after speaking to Pat I just knew he would help. I could write for days on all the great attributes but to sum everything up, I had Pat Stapleton in my corner against many highly paid attorneys and I never lost confidence. Pat made me feel like I was his only client, he spent 12 years representing me that ultimately ended with a positive outcome and I will be thankful for him for the rest of my life. I would give him zero stars if I could! I hired him as my divorce attorney and he did absolutely nothing to assist me. He charged me me a total of $28,000, and I gained nothing. I lost everything I worked for my whole life. I feel he believed my ex wife over me. I was the victim in this case and he cost me everything. My house, all my belongings and debt that she accumulated during the divorce. He has NO conscious. I had a civil trial as well and acted as my own attorney and had a much better outcome. I would only recommend him to my ex-wife!

Great place to go great people

In the summer of 2014, I was injured in a car accident. As the year progressed, my injury did not heal and it was necessary to hire an attorney. I had no prior experience with this so I was a bit apprehensive about the process. Mr. Stapleton was an excellent choice. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and trustworthy. He advised me throughout the entire process but always left the decision making up to me. My best interest was kept at the center of the case and Mr. Stapleton settled it in a timely manner. I highly recommend him as an attorney and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Mr. Stapleton represented me in a real estate matter. He was very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I felt I was in good hands. One thing I learned is that he is well respected in the field of real estate law, the other is that he is a man of integrity.

Mr. Stapleton helped my wife and I complete our will to cover our kids in case anything happen to both of us. He was highly professional and answered all the questions we had and came well prepared to document and complete the process well above our expectations. He helped us be assured that what we wanted would be correct per all the laws.
