Mr.Bennett. Very Professional, Smart, VERY experienced Attorney. However with all great qualities of Attorney, most of all he is a person with huge heart. Just like me You may not see it the second You meet him. But once he knows You fight for right things, once he knows You truly have best intentions for whom/what You fight for in legal battle… once he feels RIGHT fighting for You and You don’t lie to him. He will make mountains move for You. I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Bennett to those who REALLY FIGHT FOR BEST INTEREST of Your loved ones. Thank You Mr. Bennett.

I hired Mr. Bennett to make sure that my children were getting the help that they needed, to modify the parenting plan, and to get child support set appropriately. He checked every box. We got more done this time than in all the six years of the uphill battle. He answered every call or text. He advocated not just for my rights, but for what was best for my kids. God forbid we need an attorney again, he'll be my first call.

He doesn't help do anything and is worthless . He just uses you for money. And looses with every case .

Greg has truly been a blessing in our case. To have someone like him behind us has restored my faith in humanity. On a daily basis, this man sees the worst of the worst. I have worked with Mr. Bennet on more than one case and even though he is very busy he always gets back to me and answers any questions I have. He is an amazing lawyer. I don't understand why reviews are bad on him just because he didn't win. You can never win them all. Mr. Bennet works very hard for his clients and has the child or children's best interest at heart always. He is a straight forward person and will tell you how it is. he had months to prepare for my case but never did anything but show up. he didn't fight for me or even communicate with me. he never returned any of my calls up until 2 days before then he was shocked that there was a case.

First i have to say that everyone doesnt win, but as of being there for me and my husband he was always trying and looking for new ways and things to prove the case. He belived in us which made a huge difference as we knew that we had not done anything wrong or to deserve what happened. This is attorney, Greg Bennett. I felt compelled to reply to my two poor reviews on this site. Please note that I did not give myself high reviews, because I felt as though that would be inappropriate and self serving. I would simply like to say that even though my practice is not limited to child neglect/termination cases, I do take a number of these cases. Sadly, many of the parents that I represent lose. However, as their attorney, I cannot pee in a cup for them or erase the mental deficiencies that plagued them in the first place. As for the first complaintant, the Board Complaint (filed by her) was dismissed summarily. As for both, they both now have new attorneys, but neither have custody of their child. I invite anyone seeking a review of my legal practice to contact me. I will be happy to provide you with hundreds of clients who are very pleased with my services. Thank you.

I would NEVER recommend this wannabe! Bennett probably lives in his mother's basement. He is a weasel who the judges and other lawyers see as a joke. How he has not yet been disbarred is beyond me! The guy takes court appointed cases because nobody in their right mind would hire him. Check out all the appeals he has lost online. What a psycho! DO NOT keep this guy if he is ever assigned to be your court appointed attorney. The only good you can get from it would be to appeal under ineffective council!

Mr. Bennett is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and unethical! In fact, his was so negligent in my case that he was turned in to the Board of Professional Responsibility!
