Horrible people. Take advantage of those who have nothing and keep them from making a positive change in their life. I truly hope the lord has a special place in hell for these people.

I just received a letter in the mail from his law office... First of all I’m not familiar with this thst I have dealt with number one number two I have called multiple times and no answer and I have left messages And no return call!’

Would not accept offer. Went to court. Would not work out arrangements there. Was told to call office after court and they accepted the same offer that I sent before court. Literally did that just to take court money from me. Lawyer there was not nice at all. Terrible company.

I have been calling for weeks and haven't got any answers yet. How can you run a business like this. They are great taking your money but not to answer phone calls.

These people are crooks with a law license... Very unprofessional, bottom feeders

We were summons to court for an old debt that they had bought. We set up payment arrangements and defaulted due to the fact I was in intensive care and unable to call in a payment. They do not call you if you miss or send a letter. Then a few weeks later they levied my bank account. I have been calling for over 8 weeks and taking screen shots of every call I make to them. They do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I have stopped putting money in my bank account until this is resolved. I feel this company is unethical due to the fact of not returning calls. I do not dispute the fact that I have a bad debt and I am willing to pay. I have even logged into their website and made a payment since then and they sent it back and would not accept it. This is crazy.
