Assisted my mother with her estate planning. There are a good number of children and grandchildren to factor in. Deborah was fabulous to work with. She was great with making my mother feel relaxed through the estate planning process and explaining everything in great detail. Crow staff and Deborah in particular were great about making sure everyone was on the same page and were particularly accommodating on arranging appointments at an office that was convenient for my mother.

No communication. When I first started working with them 2 years ago a human answered the phone when I called. Now it's all automation and a website. They blindsided me and were not honest about repercussions of non payment. Also some of these laws in TN need to change. They harm the poor.

I originally gave a 5 star, but downgrading to 1. Communication is now non-existent. Never got a call back after the initial call to discuss a lump sum payment. I understand that there's interest you want, but to not call someone back after you said that you would is not good business. So happy to be on my last payment. Disappointed with the service I've received.
