Mr. Bailey isn’t just knowledgeable and experienced, he also cares and has empathy for his clients! He works very hard! He’s not only a good attorney, he is a great person in general!! He’s never too busy to hear your concerns or wishes! He is a bulldog in the courtroom when needed!! He has helped me a lot through my court cases.. and has went the extra mile every step of the way! I’ve never met such a genuine, honest attorney! Just saying! I highly recommend him to anyone! I’ve worked in the court system for years and have never met an attorney so devoted to his clients! He’s amazing! The 1 star review on here is from my ex. He was mad at Mr. Bailey because he was representing me! Thats the fact of the matter! Very rude and just plain disrespectful to leave a bad review because you are mad at someone for taking up for their client to you. This individual who left the bad review actually went to Mr. Baileys office and acted like a complete fool to him in his own office and Mr. Bailey was still civil towards him afterwards!

Went to mister Dennis Bailey with Information that was well directed to him on a case matter He said he would give me a call back never heard back from him had to go sit in his office for several hours, Waiting on him to get answers. Secretary told me he was out for lunch, which I found out, was a lie. When he did come back in several hours later Mr. Bailey was in normal cloths this day, wasn't even working like I was told when he showed up at the office. MR. Bailey could have called me but told me to my face yeah I could have I guess !!! Definitely not a man of his word!! I would not recommend him or his office as well Because his secretary also ignored my phone calls, where I had to go into office to even get unprofessional answers !!!!! Talk to other several people in the Tazewell and New Tazewell area and heard alot of people I talked with say not great things either on this office and Mr. Bailey !!!!
