Well I have had 2 closings with this company in the last month. This comment does not include Bob, who is a great person and friend. With that said, the fees are way to much and the customer service is lacking in many ways except for Lindsey. She helped me a lot on the last closing..

If it pleases the crown, please deliver a clear title for which thou hast already been paid for from our tax collections. Since phone calls are too troubling, I will await arrival of your carrier pigeon with your response.

Attorneys won't return phone calls for title work they have already been paid for by the county. Title wasn't clear as promised in the county tax sale. I brought up the fact that I have a house sitting empty that a flood victim could buy, but that doesn't seem to trouble the crown at Volunteer title.
